Shipping policy

We currently offer shipping to United States addresses only.

For customers located in Europe, please visit the Pedro's Europe Website. For other locations, please check if with your local distributor or check other online retailers. There are U.S. based web retailers, such as bikeman.com, who stock all/many Pedro's products and ship internationally. For bike shops in locations not served by a distributor, please email weborders@pedros.com to check options for your location. 


All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

In some instances orders may take longer than 3 days to ship. In these cases, we will contact you.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery timing provided are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur due to situations outside of our control.

Pedro's ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

UPS service will not deliver to PO Boxes.

Some items are subject to shipping restrictions and can only be shipped by UPS ground to the contiguous 48 states. Restrictions are noted on applicable product pages and are also noted with the item in the cart as US ground shipping only. To ship the remaining items to other U.S. addresses, remove the restricted items from your order.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number may take 24 hours to become active in the shipper's system.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Choose your own return postage or we can provide a shipping label. If more than 30 days has passed, items cannot be returned.

Sale and discounted items cannot be returned. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at weborders@pedros.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. 
  2. We will send you a return shipping label via email. You are responsible for shipping costs for returns. Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if the provided shipping label is used.
  3. Print the prepaid return shipping label, then securely pack your return item in a sturdy box, and affix the shipping label. 
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided. We suggest dropping item at retail location and requesting a receipt for the shipment.
  5. Once we receive your return, we will inspect all items and issue you a refund.

Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed. We cannot control how quickly credit card companies process refunds.

Pedros.com orders cannot currently ship internationally.
